Tangier to Marrakech Tour 4 Days

On the first day of the Tangier to Marrakech Morocco Tour, we drive you to Fez city after picking you up from your accommodation in Tangier. Our traveling goes through Tetouen city and the breathtaking Rif Mountains. We will stop to visit the lovely Chefchoeuen. This small and blue city is one of the most visited cities in Morocco.

After exploring its ancient Medina, visiting its interesting places and having lunch at a local restaurant, we continue our journey to Fez city Overnight at a hotel/Riad.

In the morning, we will pick you up from your accommodation and head to Merzouga Desert. On the way, we travel along many Berber villages like Azrou, Cedar Forest, The Middle Atlas Mountains and the lovely Ifrane ifrane city which is nicknamed Switzerland of Morocco. During this journey, we will make a stop for having lunch in Midelt city.

Then, we continue driving through Errachidia, Ziz Valley where you will enjoy the wonderful palm groves and oasis. After arriving at Merzouga village, you will take a short break and experience a camel trek towards Erg Chebbi sand dunes where you will camp for the rest of the day. You will have the chance to have a traditional Moroccan dinner and listen to Berber drums and music around the campfire under the shiny stars.

In the morning, you will be lucky to enjoy watching the stunning sunrise over the high sand dunes of Erg Chebbi sand dunes. After you return to Merzouga and have breakfat, the day continues with driving to visit Erfoud where you will explore the fossils workshops.

Afterwards, we head to Todra Gorges. In Todra Gorges, we will take a walk while admiring the fascinating landscapes and canyons. Our day comes to an end with visiting Dades Valley and its wonderful palm groves. Overnight at a hotel in Dades Valley.

Today on the Tangier to Marrakech tour, you will have breakfast at your hotel and drive to visit some places before traveling to Marrakech. That includes the lovely Valley of Roses where the Festival of Roses is held every year. Afterward, we continue our journey to Ouarzazate (Hollywood of Africa).

Then, we head to visit Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah which is near Ouarzazate. Ths Kasbah has served as a backdrop for many Hollywood movies including Gladiator and Prince of Persia. Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After lunch at the village of Ai Ben Haddou, we hit the road to Marrakech traveling via the High Atlas Mountains and Tizi N’Tichka Pass.
